What to Expect

While every session is unique and could be completely different based on what your energy body needs, below is what you are likely to experience in person. Note that a remote distance session is very similar, see more info below.

Before your session

Typically I’ll ask your permission to remotely connect into your energy field, which is done prior to the session. The purpose is to reveal intuitive information, which provides input and guidance for your session, helping with the discussion and the treatment.

In-Person sessions

When you arrive for your session we will have a short conversation and talk about any concerns and expectations. You will then be offered to comfortably lie down (fully clothed) on a massage table for the “hands-on” part of the session. My approach crosses over multiple disciplines: Reiki energy, psychic mediumship, and crystal healing complemented by essential oils. The duration and type of energy work vary and are mostly based on the information that I receive intuitively.

During this time there is nothing for you to do, but relax, focus on your breathing, and quiet your mind. Many enter a meditative state, or may even fall asleep (which is totally OK!) Throughout the session and at the end I will share any information received and will work with you to understand and interpret your shared experiences during the session.

Distance sessions

Before the pre-arranged appointment time, you will receive a custom link to a Zoom meeting. You can use it on your computer or mobile device, with or without a camera. Please find a comfortable spot in a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for the duration of the session: a chair or a couch, where you can relax and spend our time together.

When you join our meeting we will spend approximately 10 minutes discussing the session goals, and any intuitive information possibly received ahead of time. We will then transition into the part where you can either be sitting or laying down, while we are still connected via Zoom (video can be off) and be open to experiencing whatever happens.

What you may experience during a distance session will be very similar to what you would experience during an in-person session: a feeling of relaxation and peace, sensations or warmth in your arms or legs, some may see visions or swirls of color with their eyes closed, and others may fall asleep… any of these is perfectly OK! 

That said, it’s best to not stress or have any particular expectations of what you may or may not feel, just let the session unfold as it will, and enjoy the experience!
